Group strength and condition classes are the foundation of Core Fitness Regimen (CFR). These classes feature workouts that follow a well thought-out program designed to improve all aspects of fitness. While the classes are targeted towards specific stimuli, how each individual trainee works toward that end can vary greatly. That is where the expertise of the trainer comes into play.

Joe Celso Owner / Head Trainer
Joe started the area's first CrossFit gym in 2006. After a number of years as the only Level 4 trainer in the region, he decided to take what he'd learned and create his Core Fitness Regimen. The area has seen many spin-offs, copies and fads come about in the last 18 years. (Some more successful than others). However, very few have been able to match the wisdom and understanding required to safely employ functional movements at high intensity in a manner that elicits maximal results.
Charlene Merritt Partner
Fitness training brings out the best in people and challenges their limits. Having been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for the 25+ years Charlene has enjoyed seeing the physical changes that occur for her clients. However, it's the new found confidence and happiness that comes with these results that she finds most rewarding.
From elite athletes to people who have never set foot in a gym, Charlene understands that each client has unique goals. Her tough but compassionate approach has helped many different types of people achieve the results they were looking for.
